Subprocessors

Last updated: September 27, 2026

Mother Hen relies on a small number of third-party companies to deliver our service. These companies process some of your data on our behalf, which makes them our "subprocessors." We list them here so you can see exactly who is involved in delivering Mother Hen and what data each one handles.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service. The companies below are bound by their own privacy commitments and process your data only as needed to perform the function described.

BlueCherry (DPTechnics BV)

BlueCherry provides Mother Hen’s cloud service. We use BlueCherry for:

Hologram

Location: United States

Hologram provides the cellular SIM card inside your Mother Hen door unit. Hologram sees:

Hologram, in turn, contracts with cellular network operators (such as T-Mobile and AT&T) to provide the underlying wireless network. Those operators are Hologram's subprocessors, not ours.

Square

Location: United States

Square processes all credit card payments for hardware purchases and subscription renewals. Square sees:

Mother Hen does not store your full card number; that data is held by Square in compliance with PCI DSS (the payment card industry's data security standard).

Mailchimp (Intuit)

Location: United States

Mailchimp sends marketing email, and only to people who opt in to Mother Hen 2.0 launch updates. It stores the email address you give us for those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of those emails.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website only

Location: United States (us-east-2)

AWS hosts our website (AWS Amplify) and its page analytics (Amazon CloudWatch RUM). The website holds no account or device data.

Changes to This List

If we add, remove, or replace a subprocessor in the future, we will update this page and provide reasonable notice to active customers by email. For material changes, we will provide notice at least thirty (30) days in advance where practical.
